These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the sm88 platform and the user. "Platform" means sm88's website, mobile application, and all related digital services. • If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• sm88 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• To use a bonus, it must be claimed within the specified time after making a deposit.

All casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting available at sm88 are operated through third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely fair.

If a technical error occurs during betting or gaming, sm88 may cancel the result of that round and refund the bet amount. If a user exploits a system error or bug to make an unusual profit, that profit will be forfeited.

• Game results are final and binding; an appeal against a result will only be considered in the case of a technical error.

sm88's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total amount wagered minus total winnings).

For example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. sm88 reserves the right to change VIP level benefits and conditions. Cashback is not automatically credited to the account; it must be claimed through the designated process.

• VIP benefits are non-transferable.
• VIP status may be cancelled in the event of a rule violation.
• The method for determining VIP levels is at sm88's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sm88 platform, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Registering an account with false or incorrect information.
• Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Transacting with funds obtained illegally.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving another user.
• Knowingly exploiting a system error.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or operations.
• Placing bets or conducting transactions using a third party's account.

sm88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If the identity or age verification process is not completed.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is observed on the account.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding any bonus for which wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned to the user, however if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, all balances may be forfeited.

All content on the sm88 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, databases, and interface design — is the intellectual property of sm88 or the relevant third parties. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without sm88's written permission is prohibited.

sm88 is not liable for:

• Interruption to a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Any loss caused by a technical error in third-party software.
• A user leaving their login details unsecured or sharing them.
• Temporarily suspending the service for unavoidable reasons.
